This experience equipped her with a keen business acumen and an understanding of high-stakes negotiations.

Beyond her professional life, Joelle is a devoted mother to two teenage boys, one who attends Jesuit and one who attends the University of Oklahoma. She serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) advocate, passionately working to support children in the foster care system and ensure they have a voice in court.
