Ashley is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and comes from an extensive project management background where she was heavily involved in her family-owned construction company. There, she developed hands-on construction experience with both private and publicly funded residential and commercial projects.
Before developing a career in real estate, Ashley became an international flight attendant for American Airlines where she enriched her passion for people by traveling the world. There she developed excellent interpersonal communication skills and a true talent for multi-tasking in high-level, high-stress environments.
After leaving the airline industry in 2015, Ashley began her career in real estate in the Washington D.C. Metro area as a Development Associate for an award-winning Architect and Developer. She specialized in all facets of real estate development with a concentration in new construction condominium projects. Ashley quickly excelled and transitioned into a Marketing and Development Manager where she directed all aspects of the sales and marketing sector.
Over the years, Ashley has worked with several notable development and equity groups as a trusted consultant and advisor and is responsible for one of the largest growths in a single development area in Northeastern Washington, D.C. She is passionate about the Washington D.C. housing market specializing in sales, creative development, and advisory involved with residential sales, investments and development. Ashley is consistently delivering top-tier solutions to all her clients.
