Dennis Kozak is a native Michigander, born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Dennis has been a Realtor for over 32 years and joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate in May of 2024. Dennis graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Botany. He then enrolled in a Master's Degree program at Michigan State University and graduated in 1977 with a Master of Science Degree in Crop Science.
Upon graduation, Dennis began working in the Agricultural Chemical Industry for 15 years in various roles such as: territory sales, district sales management, customer service and marketing. In 1992 Dennis began his Real Estate Career while living in suburban Chicago. In 2009 Dennis moved back to Michigan with his wife Joan, who he has been married to for 47 years. He started a real estate practice in Michigan soon after moving.
Dennis is very active in his church serving as an usher, 4th Degree Knight of Columbus and President of the Detroit/Oakland Serra Club. Dennis enjoys playing guitar and performing with his musician friends.
Dennis is very active in leadership at his local Relator Association: The Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors (GMAR). Dennis serves as an instructor/trainer at the Association offered Continuing Education, Code of Ethics and Welcome Orientation classes. Dennis has served on the Associations Board of Directors for several years and is currently the 2024 President Elect and he will be the GMAR President in 2025.
Dennis' most gratifying part of his job is helping clients achieve the American Dream of home ownership.
