Selling or buying your home, Pam will make it happen. Her knowledge of Chicago real estate, along with her instinctive, quick-read understanding of your goals, timelines and preferences will get the results you're looking for. As one of her clients put it, "she's smart, resourceful and fun."
Pam has been a licensed residential real estate broker since 2003. Her career started strong when she achieved Rookie of the Year for highest residential sales, North Side, from the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2004. Since then, she has consistently been recognized as a CAR Top Producer and is an @properties Road to Rolex winner. With over $120 million in homes sold, she has succeeded in good markets as well as weak ones.
Pam began her professional career in hotel sales and marketing working as director of catering with Hyatt Hotels for 7 years and with Four Seasons Hotels for 13 years. In 1999, she joined Morton's The Steakhouse as national director of sales and moved to their corporate headquarters in Chicago. Her hospitality sales and service career were the perfect foundation to develop her keen eye for detail, exceptional client service and intuitive negotiation skills to assist clients of all ages and financial ability.
Recognizing an entrepreneurial itch in late 2003, Pam decided to put her corporate experience to test and became licensed to practice real estate. She successfully launched her career in real estate, and her hospitality service skills have resulted in a loyal base of repeat clients and referrals. Her strengths include advertising, marketing and negotiating sales of new construction or rehab developments, selling individual properties from luxury homes to loft condos, and helping buyers find the perfect new home or investment in Chicago or neighboring suburbs.
"My number one objective is to be an advocate for my clients," Pam says. "I make it my top priority to listen, educate and guide, keeping my client's best interests in mind at all times."
When not assisting buyers or sellers, Pam can be found exploring the vast treasures of Chicago. She loves sampling neighborhood restaurants, biking the lakefront, architectural tours and relaxing at outdoor summer concerts. When time permits, she scoots to southwest Michigan with her dog for rustic relaxation and fire pit socializing with friends and family at her Harbor Country cottage.
Pam absolutely loves what she does, and her experience and professionalism are only matched by her enthusiasm. She welcomes and appreciates your inquiry, real estate need or referral.
