For Lisa, real estate is an art. She brings over 20 years of experience to the Metro-Detroit real estate market where she consistently ranks in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Excelling in creative marketing and the finer points of negotiation, Lisa's success is the direct result of her deep roots within the community, an understanding of her client's needs and skillful navigation of the transaction process.  Her colleagues and clientele know Lisa as warm, sophisticated and approachable. Lisa is an unparalleled deal maker.

Specializing in property pricing and market conditions, her listings typically sell within one month at an average of 97% of the offering price. Lisa applies her appreciation of architecture and love of interiors to her process, resulting in the highest possible prices for her Sellers. She also takes enormous pride in her uncanny ability to locate the ideal home for her Buyers.

Born and raised in the celebrated Nederlander theatrical family, Lisa had an active upbringing which gave her a deep understanding of everything the Metro-Detroit area has to offer. This also taught her solid entrepreneurial skills. She commenced her career at Sotheby's auction house in New York, but quickly transitioned her passion to real estate. In 2002, she joined The Corcoran Group under Shark Tanks' famed Barbara Corcoran. For fourteen years, Lisa was a member of Corcoran's prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Club and ranked in the top 2% of the company. She maintains her NY license alongside her Michigan Broker's license, and has been enthusiastically housing Metro-Detroiters since 2015.

Lisa currently lives in Bloomfield Village with her daughter and their dogs Charlotte and Karl.  She maintains her connections to the art world through her work as a board member of the DIA's Friends of Contemporary and Modern Art (FMCA) and involvement in many philanthropic and cultural activities.
