David grew up in Arlington, TX and graduated from James W. Martin High School in 1987. David's love for sports, particularly basketball would earn him a full scholarship to play basketball in Junior college where he studied criminal justice. After college, David pursued a career in law enforcement and the fire service where he spent 20 years serving his community. Although working in public safety had been a childhood dream, David's interest in real estate and helping others would soon take him down a different path. In 1999, David started his own residential construction and real estate development business.
David's hobbies outside of work include working on their family ranch. They raised and showed Beefmaster cattle for many years. While teaching his children the value of hard work, their love for horses and cattle grew. Their love for horses eventually led them to the sport of rodeo, where they competed and traveled many places across the southeast and midwest; therefore, living out their dream and western way of life. Once David's children graduated, David fulfilled another dream. He moved back to Texas where he maintains the western lifestyle and has continued his career in real estate. David's passion for helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership has never ceased. Over the last 23 plus years his experience in construction and real estate development have provided him a unique perspective for his clients. He understands the needs of quality residential construction and the needs of farm and ranch properties. He is able to assist in the purchase or sale of any size equine property, ranch property, or residential home.
