Evaluate my marketing plan and adjust as required to market
Guide and support you through each phase of the process, from research to closing
Attend showings
Be present at Open houses and Broker Tours
Act as your liaison for inspectors, attorneys, agents and other people involved in the sale of your home
As your Buyer representative I will:
Ensure that you know what to expect from all facets of the buying process
Research properties that meet YOUR criteria
Fully represent you in the purchase of your new home
Guide you through the buying process to closing and beyond
Attend home inspections, walk-throughs and all other required visits to the property
My services include being there when you can't be - even after closing!
