Felicia has had the opportunity to live in a lot of different places, but none have captured her heart quite like Indiana. Having lived in Downtown Indy and now Carmel she has vast knowledge on what different parts of the city have to offer. Felicia's ability to connect and willingness to go the extra mile provides comfort and trust you can count on. Felicia loves to be fully immersed where she lives and has served as HOA president for the last 3 years. At work, she has years of experience in the wellness industry, customer service and sales. At home she is known as the Jill of all trades, from hanging drywall, baking bread, tapping maple trees and even homeschooling two of her three kiddos. When she's not working, you can find Felicia gardening, taking long walks and maybe even throwing a party.
