As a licensed REALTOR® assistant and transaction coordinator, Katy Schuster keeps it all running smoothly. Katy began working in real estate in early 2013 in California and continued her journey after returning to Fort Worth in 2014 where she switched focus from helping home buyers discover their dream homes to a focus on helping realtors buy, sell and succeed by serving as a transaction coordinator.
This TCU Horned Frog graduate began her career in journalism after graduating with a bachelors in both Journalism and Spanish in 2002, and soon after a master's in liberal arts. While working at the Corpus Christi Caller-Times, Katy broke the international story of Vice President Dick Cheney accidentally shooting a longtime friend during a quail hunt at a South Texas ranch. That shot heard round the world propelled her to rise to greater success as a broadcast reporter at KNXV-TV, an ABC affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2008, Katy returned to her home state of Texas and entered into public relations promoting her beloved hometown of Corpus Christi. After meeting her future husband, the two embarked on their California adventure where she discovered her passion for all things real estate which endures today.

Katy's focus on detail and quick turnaround time allows her real estate family to maximize their productivity and ensure the focus is always centered on the client's real estate goals and happiness.
In her spare time, Katy can be found proudly chauffeuring her two children, Zoe and Zane to piano, band practice, karate, soccer and their other numerous extracurricular activities. Her husband, Marcus, works as program manager and aerospace engineer for Northrop Grumman. In their spare time, she and her family enjoy hiking, camping and spending time together.
