Sara Maddock

Sara was born and raised in Ann Arbor and has first-hand experience in the city's neighborhoods and schools, right up through the University of Michigan. She knows Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas as only a true native can.

Sara has experience in managing home sales for absentee owners, relocating families, estate sales, contingent sales, and other complicated transactions that other Realtors may be reluctant to handle.

Sara and her family lived abroad in Japan for two years, so she really appreciates your relocation concerns. As a former teacher, Sara has the patience and the spirit not just to close the deal, but to educate her clients. In addition, Sara has extensive training in buyer representation and experience with investment transactions. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Ann Arbor, and has served on the Ann Arbor Board of Realtors as well as on several committees including Community Affairs, MLS, YPN, and Governmental Affairs.
