A DFW native, Shannon was raised in Garland, Texas, and has extensive knowledge of the metroplex. She attended the University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in psychology and child development. Shannon boasts 15 years in the customer service industry, where she first discovered her calling to help people in whatever way she can. Her last 5 years were well spent working in a private social club located in Highland Park, fostering connections and friendships that will last a lifetime.
No matter what field she is in, Shannon is driven by her passion for serving others. She has an excellent memory, a soothing energy in times of stress, and a zest for life that cannot be matched.
