In 2009, I formed The Gramata Realty Group and partnered with Chicago’s largest independent brokerage firm, @properties. Each year my own sales growth has climbed from $6,000,000 in annual sales in 2008 to over $20,000,000+ in annual sales every year since then.  But it is not all about closed sales volume. It is about providing superior service and customer satisfaction and I believe that is where me and my team excel.

MY EXPERIENCE

Jim has over twenty years of residential real estate sales, marketing and development. He has been active in the sales and marketing consultation for private and corporate transactions including property and development branding, marketing, sales and negotiations.

 

He is constantly keeping up with the latest trends and improvements in an effort to improve his skills in real estate development, sales and marketing.

 

He graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Architecture degree from The University of Illinois Chicago which is an added skill set for each of his buyer, seller, investor or development clients.

 

He has owned and managed a design/build company since 1991 with a focus on residential real estate in Chicago and the neighboring suburbs. Since 2005, Jim has focused his business mission to build a successful and award-winning real estate consulting business in the formation of the Gramata Realty Group and has proudly joined forces with Chicago's leading real estate company, @properties because of its shared vision and devotion to quality service and professionalism.

 

Jim continues to forge new disoveries with his Healthy Homes Chicago Initiative. His role with Healthy Homes Chicago is primarily about breaking routine and helping homeowner's becoming aware of where healthy improvements can be made.
