I'm a native Chicagoan who prides myself on rarely ever having to use Google Maps for directions! I currently live in Hyde Park after 20-plus years in the West Loop. I've raised two children through the Chicago Public Schools system and I'm the mom of two rescue dogs. When I'm not working, I'm cooking up a storm. Whether it's vegetarian meals or gluten-free baking, there is always something happening in the kitchen. I'm an advocate for those living with type 1 diabetes and celiac and I'm always looking for great gluten free restaurants and recipes to try!
