Scott Boeser may just be one of Northern Virginia's most charismatic real estate professionals there is. Born and raised in Minnesota, Scott was involved in pretty much any sport or activity his parents would allow. Ice hockey, baseball, racquetball, skiing, soccer, basketball, football - check. Playing musical instruments (guitar, trumpet, ukulele) - check. Theater - check. Scott attended Business School at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. It was kind of cold there.
Scott ended up moving out to Northern Virginia after graduating from college with honors to start his career as a project manager. As time moved on, Scott was excelling as a PMP, and leading efforts in pricing strategies for the sales of technology and training services to the federal government that amounted to tens of millions of dollars in revenue for his company. It was eventually Scott's better half, his wife Manavi, who showed him how exciting and hot the real estate market was in the DMV. With multiple rental properties of her own, and growing a successful real estate business, Scott got the bug to help others with one of the most important life decisions there is... buying/selling their homes.
Scott not only will make sure the process of buying or selling goes as smoothly as possible, but he also works tirelessly to advocate for those he represents so they get the best deals possible and are protected during the process. Scott works with a wide array of clientele from first-time homebuyers to families looking to upgrade to military (active/retired) members.
