Eric E. Eversgerd currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License and is the Managing Broker for @Properties | Christies International Real Estate in Dallas. He is an active member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors® where he currently serves and has served on several committees, advisory groups and Boards. Eric has built his Real Estate business entirely upon word of mouth, referrals and his integrity. He is devoted to supporting Agents helping them to reach their Real Estates goals.
Real Estate has been a part of Eric's life since he was a child. Growing up Eric spent summers doing various odd jobs working alongside his grandfather, a Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Eric's father, his wife, father-in-law, step mother-in-law, and uncle; all who have or have held Real Estate Licenses exposed Eric to the Real Estate industry for most of his life.
Eric spent 20 years in the Credit Card Processing and Multi-Family industries working for leading global technology companies moving his way up from a Sales Executive to running Account Management and National Sales teams. His many years as a business leader and negotiating contracts with Fortune 100 companies honed his sales, marketing, negotiating and management skills that he utilizes in his real estate career today. Eric has a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives and expectations.
