Kevin has a depth of professional real estate experience both in the residential and commercial sectors. As a longtime resident of Chicago, he offers clients both personal and professional perspectives on life and expected changes within the myriad Chicago neighborhoods. In the commercial business, Kevin focused on urban residential and hotel adaptive reuse projects for companies such as Ash and Sonder where he led acquisitions efforts for both firms. His schooled guidance during negotiations aims to help create a strategic and informed process for clients.
Previously, he has served in adjunct teaching positions at Harvard and Rutgers where he has taught Sociology and Urban Planning courses. Kevin has been published in Real Estate Finance and has been a speaker at the Congress for New Urbanism on place making. Kevin holds a BA in Communication from the University of Missouri, a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, and a Master of Real Estate from Harvard University.
