It is hard to believe that I started in the business in 1998! There is an adage that says do what you love and success will follow. Well, I am pleased to report that it is true!
While I loved working with some of the sharpest legal minds in the country during my 9 ½ years at the American Bar Association as the Associate Director of the Policy Administration Office, I yearned to try my hand at real estate. Maybe it was growing up in a household where blueprints were always spread out on the dining room table or being exposed to all my father's investment property purchases that whetted my appetite for selling real estate in Chicago.
Listing a home for sale is the highest honor a seller can bestow. Entrusting me with the sale of what, in most instances, is your largest asset is a responsibility I take seriously. Working in tandem with our administrative coordinator, Bill Vierling, marketing your home is our number one priority and nothing is left to chance. Many sell a home only once or twice in their lives and there are many critical aspects to the process. My responsibility is to represent you every step of the way, managing the transaction from start to finish.
I also love working with buyers to find your next home or an investment property. Communication is key and I hone in on what your reaction is to each property we view. It is paramount that you LOVE your new place. If you are looking for an investment, I am equal to that challenge. I have owned investment properties and have worked with 1031 exchange buyers.
