Wendy is truly a Chicago market expert, having grown up in the city, and raised her three children on the North Shore in Highland Park. She's built a solid reputation over her 25 years in business, providing expert advice and guidance, so buyers can find the home of their dreams and sellers can trade their home for top dollar. Wendy prides herself on being an advocate for her clients by delivering top-notch service, authentic and honest communication, and developing collaborative partnerships that are built on mutual trust. Having bought and sold multiple properties of her own on the North Shore, Wendy brings real-world experience to her clients, whether they're first-time homebuyers, upsizers, downsizers, or investors.
After graduating from the University of Arizona, Wendy received her Masters degree in Advertising from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She worked as an executive in marketing and advertising developing strategic plans for Fortune 500 clients, such as Quaker Oats, Land O' Lakes, Colgate Palmolive, and DHL. It was in this corporate role that Wendy learned the importance of building relationships, providing outstanding client service, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Later on, Wendy became a successful proprietor of a multi-million dollar new and used auto group, which included a Nissan franchise and an SUV/UD truck multi-brand superstore.
Wendy has been an active member of the North Shore community for decades, serving on the board of directors for the North Shore Auxiliary of the Jewish Child and Family Services, as well as multiple leadership roles on the PTO boards for her children's schools in Highland Park. She helped to organize and raise funds for Highland Park High School's coveted Focus on the Arts program, the Art Center of HIghland Park, Special Olympics, and Children's Brittle Bone Foundation.
When she's not helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, Wendy can be found on the pickleball court, traveling abroad, walking in the Chicago Botanic Garden, attending shows at the Goodman Theater, checking out the newest restaurants, and spending time with her children and grandson.
