Andrea Davis will put you at ease the moment you meet her, exuding a magnetic warmth and a clear understanding of what it takes to get the job done. A Chicago native with more than 15 years of real estate experience, Andrea takes pride in sharing her knowledge of the market with others. With a family deeply rooted in real estate and construction, she is well-connected in the industry, making her a valuable source for referrals and guidance.
As an investor, Andrea has renovated, flipped, and managed rental properties throughout Chicago and its suburbs. She and her husband own a portfolio of properties they self-manage, including multi-units near Loyola University and furnished single-family rentals in the southwest suburbs. She knows how to analyze properties and understands the nuances of ownership like only an investor can. Andrea believes in the transformative power of real estate and is passionate about helping others achieve financial security through it.
Andrea's clients describe her as charismatic, responsive, and trustworthy, which makes sense given her prior background in counseling and leading a youth organization. She approaches each transaction with the highest level of care, knowing it's not just a property; it's a chapter in your life. "I understand that buying or selling a home can come with many emotions. It's my job to listen and help my clients achieve clarity on what they need and want, and ultimately get them just that. I feel honored to be a part of this special journey in my clients' lives."
Andrea is a graduate of DePaul University with a B.S. in Public Communication and a Master's in Counseling. She has resided in over a dozen Chicago and suburban neighborhoods, from Lincoln Park to the West Loop, and Evanston to Orland Park, currently. She is happily married to her husband, Shane, and a proud mother of three daughters, Sydney, Jordyn, and Riley. Andrea loves working out, riding her bike, being in nature, listening to podcasts, and playing with her family's energetic doodle, Gigi. Andrea is also a passionate advocate for mental health and founded a non-profit, 4 Seventeen Foundation, to help serve families impacted by addiction.
Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or seeking a change of scenery, let Andrea be your guide. With warmth, expertise, and a touch of midwestern charm, she will be a valued guide on your real estate journey.
