Finding the beauty in everything large and small is Amity's passion and specialty. Even the things that you think don't have beauty, do. Majoring in Apparel Merchandising lead her into her first job creating her own company where she designed and hand made wedding gowns for ten years. Every gown was a new experience, telling someone else's story through the beauty of crafting fabric into a beautiful gown that was to be worn on the most special day in a woman's life. It was a beautiful process that she loved. The attention to detail, listening to what the client wanted, and seamless communication is what made the experience for both her and each bride beautiful, memorable, and special.
Wanting a change, Amity was ready to embark on a new adventure and landed herself working with clients to create lavish backyards and stunning renovated basements. Each space she designed and managed told a story of the client. It told the world that, "This is how we use our space! These are the things we love to do in the comfort of our own home! This is our style, and it's unlike anyone else's." From pool houses that you can spend winters in, to basements with 10 person islands, to pools so creative that it makes you feel like you are stepping into an eclectic oasis from a different part of the world. The success was always in listening and envisioning the dreams the client desired, and turning it into a reality for them.
