Maricruz is fluent in English and Spanish. She was born and raised in Mexico, where she worked in Real Estate before moving to Austin in 2010. Since she has experienced firsthand how hard relocating to a new city can be, Maricruz is ready to help you have a smooth experience. Maricruz has three children, two Longhorns and one Aggie. She is married to a Texas Native, who also has four grown children, so they have a very active family life. She loves nature and spends a lot of weekends exploring the trails in the city or the lakes on a jet ski. She also enjoys serving the community through local organizations, and fuels her growth through continued education. Her team is fully bilingual, with a mixture of youth and experience to serve every client the best possible way. Most of her work is usually in the residential market, but Maricruz also works with builders and investors to find the best options to produce income and protect their equity. Her goal is to use this experience to sell your home, buy your dream property, or make wise real estate investments.
