She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with these designations: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Export (CNE). Prior to 15 years in real estate, she spent 12 years in sales, HR and project management at Dell. She is a strong communicator, organizer and negotiator. Not content to rest on her laurels, Susie maintains her industry knowledge and skills with regular real estate training courses. She recently completed the executive education seminar
Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Susie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in journalism and has lived in Austin longer than her first hometown of Houston. She is a long-time volunteer driver with Meals on Wheels and regularly participates in annual Habitat for Humanity builds. For fun, she enjoys her rescue dogs, book club, and running on the Lady Bird Lake or Town Lake trail.
