Candice Schembri joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate in 2023 in Austin, Texas as their Director of Agents.
Having successfully participated in the opening and managing of a real estate office for a previous brokerage, Candice played an integral role in the opening of @properties Christie's first office in Austin, TX. In addition to assisting with the start-up of new real estate offices, Candice was a Lead Broker Support Manager and assisted in supporting a large successful team of agents as well as the Broker In Charge in managing their department.
Candice grew up in Colorado and was exposed to real estate at a young age with a mom in the mortgage industry and a dad as a successful real estate agent for 30 years. But, rather than being in the field, Candice prefers to be behind the scenes to lend her knowledge and expertise to help agents become the best in the business.
During her free time, Candice enjoys spending time with her husband and kids and kicking back in her Cowboy pool or hanging by the fire pit.
