"In most cases, a person’s home is his or her single most important investment and one that is very personal. It’s extremely important to me not only to help my clients find the perfect home, but also to advise them in ways that will ensure the profitability of their investment. Even when the real estate transaction is complete, I view my role as advisor as an ongoing one, and I am always available to provide valuable information and to advocate for my clients’ real estate interests."
- Rachel Moltz

Rachel Moltz is a second generation Chicagoan born in Chicago and raised in Wilmette. As a Chicago native currently residing in Old Town, Rachel has seen the city evolve and grow throughout the years. Rachel’s appreciation of and enthusiasm for Chicago’s neighborhoods is evident in her client interactions, and she enjoys sharing her wealth of knowledge with her clients.

A graduate of University of Vermont, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business and holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from the Illinois Institute of Technology. As a Human Resources Consultant for six years working in high performance, fast-paced fortune 100 companies, Rachel designed and implemented HR programs that linked employee results to corporate goals and strategies. She utilizes these same skills in her work with private clients: listening to clients’ needs and goals, creating a plan of action, and achieving results to meet and exceed her clients’ goals. Rachel strives to make the real estate process one that is as seamless and stress-free as possible. Integrity, hard work, and client advocacy are at the core of Rachel’s business philosophy, which entails educating her clients on all aspects of the real estate process and ensuring that they understand the nuances of each situation encountered throughout the various steps of the transaction process. Rachel realizes that in today’s marketplace it is imperative to continuously seek creative solutions that add value for clients. This can mean locating special financing programs so that first time homebuyers can afford the property that they truly want or identifying innovative marketing ideas for condo conversion developments.

Rachel’s career change from human resources to real estate was a homecoming to a field in which she has deep roots and broad connections. Combined, her parents and siblings possess over 75 years’ experience serving the Chicago community in real estate law, sales, title services, and investment. Working summers at her father’s law office and at Mercury Title Company, Rachel accumulated a wealth of knowledge of the various critical components of a successful real estate transaction.

Currently, Rachel represents a range of clients, from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. She specializes in marketing and selling condos, luxury single-family homes, and multi-million dollar developments, all with an emphasis of client service and satisfaction.
