Tatiana's desire to excel in real estate began 4 years ago when she first relocated to Chicago from Baltimore, MD, although her passion for real estate and residential design goes back as far as her early childhood when she'd follow behind her mom as she visited showrooms and residences working to intricately design the most luxurious residential homes. Growing up as the daughter of a frequently traveling professional athlete, having moved 1-2 times per year since relocating from the East Coast, Tatiana understands the importance of having your own safe space and one that truly reflects your personal style, energy, and sanctuary.
Tatiana received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Diagnostics from the University of Delaware and spent 5 successful years in the healthcare industry in roles as a medical assistant and private practice manager before deciding to leave it behind and go all in on a career in interior design and real estate. Despite a complete change in fields, she maintains her interpersonal skills with her patients acquired during her time in healthcare translates into working with her design and real estate clients; Tatiana believes in the importance of understanding and connecting with the person even more than the business to deliver the highest level of service and finding the perfect fit. Having worked in high-stress and constantly changing environments allows her to adapt quickly to any situation and to easily take all of the burden and stress off of her clients to make the home-buying process as pleasant and exciting as it should be. Tatiana's background in interior design allows her to help clients make decisions with their bigger vision in mind and guide them in personalizing their investments even more. Whether you're looking for your future home or your next investment, Tatiana's ready to go with a design plan to follow.
Tatiana is a hard-working perfectionist who loves to continue acquiring new skills and push herself to be the best at them. Her background includes dermatology and aesthetic treatments, personal training and nutrition guidelines, childcare, dance and choreography, singing, and acting. When she's not looking for the next new thing to master, you can find her enjoying a nice wine-paired meal at your local Chicago restaurant or making a home-cooked Puerto Rican or Venezuelan family recipe—after plenty of quality time with her Miniature Dachshund of course!
