Gina is as diverse as the city of Chicago - she is comfortable navigating from the Gold Coast to Englewood, from Roseland to Kenilworth. Gina often says, "I know Chicago like the back of my hand," and she does. She has touched all 77 neighborhoods in one way or another whether it was dining out, living, or exploring Gina is always up for adventure in Chicago.
Gina has a B.S. in economics from Chicago State University and a MBA from National Louis University. She did a study abroad in Asia where she assisted in teaching an economics class at the University of Seoul South Korea. She spent 4 months touring and learning in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Beijing. Gina's decision to return to school was to gain knowledge about business and how to be able to forecast and predict market trends and movements. She is able to use her knowledge of neighborhoods coupled with her ability to interact with everyone from US presidents to locals to get the job done!
Gina has had the opportunity of not only meeting 3 US presidents but breaking bread with them. She has a great story about George H.W.! Gina humbly admits people are very instrumental in shaping the businesswoman she is today. Real estate is about relationships and relationships are about people and for Gina that simply means everyone involved in the transaction is important. Gina's goal is for all parties in the deal to be happy because she wants to do many more deals with you.
