Sonia has been involved in real estate transactions since 2004. She worked for a leading luxury real estate firm headquartered in Shanghai, China. Working closely with foreign companies, she provided high-end real estate and relocation service to international service employees. This assignment was truly global, as Sonia worked with clients from all over the world, including China, United States, UK, Germany, Austria, Italy, Sweden, Australia, Japan, and South Korea.
In 2007, Sonia started her own real estate firm in Nanjing, China. As principal owner, she managed business development, sales, and day to day operations. She built relationships with foreign companies including Bosch, Celanese, Dyson, FIAT, IVECO & Sandvik. In 2012, Sonia executed a transaction to sell the firm to her employees, as her family would relocate to Thailand for 3 years.
In 2015, Sonia's family repatriated back to the USA and settled in Northville, Michigan. She was licensed in 2018 and is very passionate about real estate. Sonia enjoys travel, skiing, pilates, yoga, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends, kids and her lovely dog.
