A Virginia native, Kim moved to Chicago in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the city. Having lived in several of Chicago's 77 neighborhoods over the past 16 years, Kim enjoys the character charm that each area brings and looks forward to helping her clients do the same! With a background in finance and staffing, Kim knows the importance of attention to detail and finding the right fit.

Kim currently lives in Lakeview with her Chicago-native husband, Clark, and their 3 children. When she's not busy with real estate or wrangling her children, she enjoys reading, Bravo, and checking out new neighborhood restaurants.
