She received her undergraduate education at Bowie State University then dedicated herself to the sales profession. Spending over 16 years in banking and property management, Ai'sha has consistently achieved top sales honors performing in the top 5% of her peers. Most recently she has had a great involvement with the building processes while assisting her clients in their new construction purchases in the Southern Maryland Areas.
