Abby Kushner

Abby Kushner is a Realtor, a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert and a Estate Solutions Specialist in Southeastern Michigan. After obtaining her bachelor's degree in audiology and speech science and her master's degree in social work, she has worked as a clinical and school social worker for twenty years. Desiring to find a new way to use her strengths, she found her way to real estate. Abby prides herself on building real relationships with her clients, not transactional ones. She understands what a huge emotional and logistical undertaking it can be selling and/or buying a home. Abby feels honored when she guides people through that process; consistently going over and above to make sure her clients feel educated, supported and heard. She is committed to providing the highest level of service to every seller, buyer and investor. Abby has a keen understanding of the market which has allowed her to negotiate excellent terms for both buyers and sellers. When marketing your home, Abby utilizes all aspects of marketing, both traditional and cutting edge, to drive interested buyers to your property and get you top dollar.  In addition to helping sellers and buyers in traditional real estate transactions, As one of three Certified Divorce Real Estate Experts in Michigan, Abby serves as a neutral third party to assist in selling the marital home. Abby is also an Estate Solutions Specialist and a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist.  She helps Trustees and Personal Representatives navigate the often overwhelming and confusing task of settling a loved one's estate.  This is accomplished with the help of her carefully vetted team of professionals.  

Outside of work, Abby is a committed supporter of the Friendship Circle, Soul Center, United Negro College Fund and The Humane Society.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring nature, music, art, laughing and being grateful.
