Karen’s career as a real estate professional is complimented by her extensive marketing and sales experience as well as her own experiences as a real estate investor. Karen works through the Chicagoland area helping property sellers, homebuyers and investors achieve their real estate objectives. Karen strives to provide maximum customer satisfaction, dedication and loyalty. She prides herself on high standards of professionalism and always strives to ensure her clients feel well informed throughout the process of evaluating and executing real estate transactions, whether it involves personal homes or investment properties. Karen’s optimistic attitude, caring approach and professional expertise ensure her clients’ needs are cared for. This is why Karen was awarded “Rookie of the Year” at her previous brokerage.
As well as being a Realtor, Karen is very involved with her community. She is very active with Junior League charity and as a member she gives her support by volunteering and raising funds. Karen has run the Honolulu Marathon on behalf of the Arthritis Foundation, raising $4,500! She also accomplished her goal and ran the Boston Marathon. She has also completed a triathlon. Karen continues to train and run and marathons.
Karen was raised in Palatine, a northwest suburb of Chicago. Prior to real estate, Karen excelled in the field of product marketing and management. Karen earned her BA in Communications Studies & Journalism. Karen earned her MBA with a concentration in Management & Organizations while being employed full-time with a major financial services corporation.
Karen also enjoys traveling, reading, working out, tennis and practicing Spanish. Karen and her husband, Anthony have two children.
Karen is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR). Karen was also awarded “Rookie of the Year” for her first year in real estate. Karen is also a Top Producer for CAR and @properties, 2008, a certified Relocation Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). She is also in the process of completing her Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation.
