Beth Wexner - Senior Sales Broker
Beth began her real estate career in 1990 in the tough training ground of the development market. Her husband Richard Wexner, a veteran Chicagoland Developer, provided her with excellent tools and advice based on his successful career. Its' challenges have helped her to achieve the level of accessibility, accountability and high energy that has brought her respect as one of the top 1% of producers in the Chicago Real Estate industry today. Beth is supported and works in concert with an extraordinary team. Each individual brings a special set of skills and talent enhancing, creating, planning and executing the necessary details for past business, today and tomorrow's opportunities.
Her dedication to the sellers, buyers, and developers who have become her clients has resulted in her business based 100% on referrals. She believes that communicating to keep her clients informed is one of the most important keys to the selling process.
Beth feels that every real estate transaction is a learning experience and an opportunity to reinvest that knowledge back into her business. Through this knowledge her clients have a decisive edge in the negotiation process.
Beth restricts the size of her client base in order to guarantee the quality of service she has built her reputation upon. She values her business with the same importance she values her family and treats both parts of her life with enthusiasm, knowledge, and organization.
After 26 years as a Lincoln Park resident, Beth and her family made the move from a single family home to a Gold Coast condo where she lived with her husband. Eight years later, a spectacular apartment became available in the ever-demanding River North neighborhood which is where she and her spouse and spoiled cavapoo now call home. Beth has a 33 year old married daughter, Nicki, who recently bought her first single family in the Southport Corridor. She is a special and unique Private Event Planner affiliated with BCR EVENTS specializing in weddings, corportate events, signature birhday celebrations and the like. Nicki's husband, Lee Eisenstein, is a Director of Asset Management at VENTAS, a publically owned real estate investment trust. Her son Adam, age 31, is a fifth-year attorney-associate at KIRKLAND AND ELLIS. He is recently married to Ashley (Simmons) Wexner, a second-year attorney-associate at SIDLEY AND AUSTIN. Beth's active role in her family, children and grandchildren's lives keeps her committed to the community. The variety of her highlighted charities include the American Cancer Institute, the Marwen Foundation, Lynne Sage Breast Cancer Foundation and other personal philanthropic institutions. The culmination and commitment of all these activities renders this top producer's active and successful life.
