Melisa Bouchard joined @properties | Christie's International Real Estate in December 2022 with 10 years of experience. Prior to @properties, she focused on lake real estate becoming an expert agent in the Lake Ray Hubbard, Cedar Creek Lake, Lavon Lake, Grapevine Lake, Lewisville Lake, Lake Tawakoni, White Rock Lake, and Lake Fork Reservoir areas.
Melisa is a Texas native and graduated from Sam Houston State University. She moved to the Dallas area in 2006 and has lived all over the metroplex, currently residing in Heath, TX for 4 years. She specializes in lake and luxury real estate. Melisa truly enjoys working with people and goes above and beyond for her clients in every possible way.
Melisa earned her Certified Luxury Market Specialist in 2022 and she loves what she does! She was also nominated into the 2024 Christie's International Master Circle, a designation awarded each year to a select group of top-performing agents within the Christie's International Real Estate network.
In her free time, Melisa likes to stay active, travel and spend time with friends and family! She loves to run, do boot camps and play pickle ball.
