As a former personal trainer with a Gold Coast clientele, I learned to carefully listen to my clients' needs and develop a strategy to help them achieve their goals. My nickname was the velvet hammer because I used a soft delivery to tell my clients the truth that they needed to hear and the steps they needed to take to achieve success. I use those same skills today in my 21-year real estate business.

 

Prospective buyers and sellers need a Road Map for Real Estate. You need to be heard when buying the home you envision. You need to be told what it will really take to sell your home so that you can move on. You need straight talk and answers. No B.S. I provide that kind of service to my clients and that level of service has created a loyal clientele of repeat clients and 100% referral business. 

 

A favorite real estate moment of mine happened on the phone with a client after a lengthy and challenging negotiation on the purchase of his new home. I had mentioned other clients I had been working with at the same time as his negotiation and he said with surprise, "You mean you have other clients? You made me feel like I was the only one!" I knew I was providing the high level of service that my clients deserve. I couldn't stop smiling.
