Susan brings 30+ years of experience as a real estate attorney to her career with @properties Christie's International. Executive level communication, attention to detail and understanding of deal flow give Susan the competitive edge in guiding buyers and sellers through transactions, whether for a luxury home or a first time purchase. Having guided C-suite level business clients through hundreds of millions of dollars worth of corporate transactions, as well as time spent as an escrow officer at a title company and as a residential, construction and commercial loan closer, Susan is well prepared to assist her clients in managing the ever more competitive residential market. Adding the phenomenal technical platform of @properties Christie's International Real Estate allows Susan to bring a complete package of skill and resources to her clients.
Susan and her husband have spent the last 30 years in the south Oakland County area, raising their children there and becoming involved in the community. In addition to legal careers, they spent many years owning and managing residential rental properties in the area and have built and renovated several personal residences. Susan was involved in Birmingham Public and Brother Rice schools as a volunteer and PTSA member; she was also a dedicated swim parent in various community swim programs.
Having navigated a legal career and parenthood, Susan is excited to bring her passion for real estate and community to @properties. An understanding of local markets, appreciation for the community, and dedication to service drove her decision to join @properties. She looks forward to serving the community in that capacity.
