Maggie Beitler brings a unique perspective to residential real estate because she has a deep understanding of the psychology behind buying and selling a home. Maggie understands that a home is different than any other investment because of the emotional drivers motivating a buyer and a seller. Maggie believes that in order to "set the table" for quick and successful results, her clients must first establish their economic and emotional objectives. She is then able to help formulate a fun and productive plan to better guide her clients through the home buying and selling experience.
Maggie has a wealth of market knowledge on all types of residential properties and has been involved in several complex transactions including homes with historical tax credits. She carefully guides her clients through each phase of the real estate process, including: Pre-Approval, Offer Negotiations, Escrow, Inspection, Appraisal and Closing.
Maggie earned her Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX and completed her Master and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL.
On a personal level, Maggie is an active member in Winnetka and the North Shore, participating in several organizations including Kohl Children's Museum Woman's Board, Winnetka Public Schools Foundation and Hubbard Woods Parent Teacher Organization. She enjoys skiing, traveling and staying active with her two children and husband (a Winnetka native).
Maggie is a Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
