Michelle Yurich

Yurich & Co. consists of Michelle and Mark Yurich and a team of a few selected agents that support their business. They maintain a strong presence in luxury and lakefront homes and suburban neighborhoods. Honesty, hard work, and integrity along with a strong understanding of the dynamics of real estate transactions have led them through their successful career in business. They have been married for 35 years, and share 3 grown children, residing in their home in West Bloomfield.  

Michelle is a well-respected Realtor with more than 30 years of experience as an agent in metro Detroit, primarily working with lakefront and luxury homes, and welcomes properties at all sale levels. Michelle has developed her strong work ethic while having been the Marketing Director for American Multi-Cinema Movie Theaters, all while she watched her family develop the business of Nicholas George Theatres, one of the first independent movie theater chains in metro Detroit. Completing her undergraduate at Michigan State University as well as her MBA in finance from Wayne State University, she is happy to be a part of the @properties Christie's International Real Estate team.  

Mark Yurich has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979.  He previously worked with Sysco Foodservice, handling high-demand customers from country clubs, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. He maintains a strong presence in the luxury and lakefront homes niche as well as suburban neighborhoods and unique properties. He has proven customer satisfaction in all his ventures and is excited to continue at @properties Christie's International Real Estate.  Together they form a well-rounded team bringing the best in their strengths to guide home sellers and home buyers through a successful transaction.
