Kasey has been in the business of building relationships for over 25 years when he first started working in his father's business. A graduate of the University of Northern Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Kasey has excelled at being an active researcher in many different markets.

Kasey's roots lie in Naperville, but he has spent most of his adult life in Chicago, specifically six years in the vibrant South Loop and four years in the eclectic River West. He and his father now own Sight N' Sound, a business established by Kasey's uncle back in 1974. The business has two locations, one situated in the Little Italy/UIC neighborhood of Chicago and the other in the suburbs of Westmont. This diverse mix of living in both the suburbs and different neighborhoods of Chicago has given Kasey the unique ability to provide expert recommendations to his clients.

Kasey's extensive knowledge of the Chicago rental market stems from his personal experience of living in the city for a decade. This has given him valuable insights into what people desire and where they can experience the best quality of life in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs.

Kasey serves as excellent tenant rep and landlord rep. With extensive knowledge of the commercial market, Kasey has successfully owned and operated a commercial business in Chicago and the suburbs for over 10 years. He offers valuable insights to potential businesses, guiding them in securing the perfect location. Kasey also excels at identifying commercial areas with high investment potential, making him an excellent choice for clients looking to buy and sell commercial properties.

During his free time, Kasey enjoys exploring the city on his skateboard or bike, especially along the lakefront. According to him, the best way to discover hidden gems in the city is by walking, biking, or skating.
