A native of Michigan, Stuart received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University and has resided in the Chicago for over 20 years, where he has lived in a number of its many great neighborhoods. Stuart currently resides in Evanston with his two beautiful children and enjoys being involved with the community, biking, music, and staying very active.
