Curt is also the owner of several properties, in multiple states, and can share over two decades of personal experience, as well.
Curt has also assisted over 60 of the Chicago Blackhawks Players, and Coaching Staff, with their real estate transactions. Curt was awarded and listed by THE WALL STREET JOURNAL as a Top 200 Realtor in the United States. He also ranked #1 in closed sales for the entire Lakeview area of Chicago (MLS Market Share Report),as well as the #1 Individual Top Producing Agent for 2018 for the Lakeview Office of @properties. He focuses his business heavily in Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast/Streeterville, Bucktown/Wicker Park, Lincoln Square, Roscoe Village, St. Bens, as well as the West and South Loop areas of Chicago. A Founding Agent of @properties, Curt holds a B.A. in Economics (The University of Iowa 1993) and lives in the Roscoe Village area of west Lakeview with his family.
