Robin Phelps

Robin has been selling real estate for nearly 20 years.  During this time she has excelled from year to year and is consistently named a Top Producer with the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.

"A relative actually suggested that I switch careers and try the real estate business. I am very happy I listened to that advice.  I absolutely love what I do, and I'm very grateful for that" said Robin. Robin's career switch really paid off, as she was named Rookie of the Year in 2003, and created a team of her own in 2015. Robin has continued to challenge herself each year and has become an expert in the Luxury Home Market, new development market as well as land acquisition/new construction/resale industry.   In the past 6 years, Robin has been a team member on over 8 developments in various parts of the city.

Robin Phelps Hanson is a native of Chicagoland and she stays educated on all areas from Hyde Park to Evanston and out to the western suburbs.  "Living in many different neighborhoods has allowed me to experience the culture on a first hand basis. I am aware of everything from property values to public and private schools, to great restaurants", she added.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband Rich, 11 year old daughter Remy and rescue dog named Pearl Jam.  She also enjoys cooking and dining at new restaurants with friends.  If Robin looks familiar to you, this is because she has appeared as an extra in several movies and television shows. Robin was also recently featured in an episode of HGTV's House Hunters!
