Originally from the South Side of Chicago and having attended DePaul, Maureen has had the opportunity to live in some of the city's great neighborhoods. Moving to the Western suburbs in 2014 after more than a decade working in financial services in Philadelphia, an eventual transition to real estate was an easy and natural one. Being able to draw from the experience of working with some of the brightest and most successful minds on Wall Street taught her how hard work, personal relationships and strong negotiating skills are integral to successful business dealings.
Maureen's passion (and sometime obsession) for home design and renovation, coupled with her interest in improving how people use their living space helps to bring a keen perspective to home buying and selling that not only highlights potential but also equity and value. She has personally remodeled numerous homes and designed an award-winning kitchen.
Knowing that you only get one chance to make a strong first impression, Maureen understands the importance of preparation and presentation when listing a home and as an agent that works with both buyers and sellers, knows the expectations and demands for buyers in shifting markets.
From luxury homes to vintage condos, throughout the greater Chicagoland, Maureen has a proven track record with listings consecutively sold at an average of 98% of list price the last 5 years. With an emphasis on clear communication and time efficiency, Maureen's market expertise and relationships with vendors and transaction partners allows her to give clients a seamless experience from start to finish.
Maureen resides in Glen Ellyn with her family and is actively involved with the Glen Ellyn Infant Welfare organization as co-chair of their annual Housewalk as well as supporting the Hephzibah House, Special Olympics and the American Red Cross.
