After receiving her bachelors' degree in Business Administration from The University of Iowa, she returned to the Windy City where she got her first real estate experience as the Project Manager for the construction of a 170-unit high-rise building. This experience bolstered her love of selling real estate. She took things to the next level as a Realtor just a year later and excelled quickly, joining the ranks of Chicago's top 2% of agents immediately and has stayed there since.
While real estate is her passion, Rita believes in balancing work with pleasure. She can often be found running in her Bucktown neighborhood, baking, watching Big Ten Football (GO Hawkeyes!), hanging out with her five sisters, or time well spent with her children and husband.
