Jami Rankin

Licensed since 1992, I have spent three decades refining my talents to connect with my clients and what they want to accomplish. I have an innate ability to know what the client is trying to do, sometimes before the client. It's that keen sense about people, combined with the ability to negotiate important details, that makes me a top agent. I work with both buyers and sellers across the DC Metro area. As a veteran agent, I also enjoy mentoring agents new to the business.

A graduate of Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA and I hold a BA from Gettysburg College. After testing the waters of Capitol Hill, I jumped into the real estate realm by first working as an assistant to several top-producing agents. I have truly studied the business from the ground up, giving me a broad range of knowledge about all aspects of the business, sales process & ensuring a smooth transaction for all of my buyers and sellers. Almost a decade ago, my daughter & I took a summer trip to Montana & we instantly fell in love. Now licensed in both the Washington DC area & Montana, I am continuing to grow my business & serve my clients well in both markets. When I am not out showing houses, you can usually find me hiking along the nearest river or riding horses into the woods with my daughter, Bailey, in the DC area or Montana.
