Sam is a licensed realtor and a resident in the state of Maryland. He has represented locals, newcomers and investors with integrity, determination and professionalism. Focusing on his clients' goals is just the starting point – Sam provides an exceptional service through teamwork and communication. Prior to real estate, Sam represented the United States Army Medical Research and nationally ranked hospitals in contract negotiation. Sam is fluent in Mandarin and obtained his graduate law degree from Loyola University Chicago.
