Mark is a licensed Realtor in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. A Maryland native, Mark has bought, sold, and helped clients with over $150,000,000 in real estate transactions. Every listing he's taken on has sold. He credits this to his relentless focus on what he calls the "3 P's" -- Presentation, Pricing, and Promotion. The 3 P's combined with simply putting in the extra effort and hours necessary to accomplish the goal makes the difference for his clients. Through his network, he's simplified pre and post-sale renovations for clients so that they maximize their ROI or build instant equity. Many decades ago, Mark was a field goal kicker in college—and helped train an Olympic gold medalist boxer for the WBC Cruiserweight title in a fight in Paris.
