In 2006, Peter completed the Graduate Realtor Institute - the most recognized professional designation in the real estate industry. The GRI program has helped the best and the brightest in the industry achieve a keen understanding of new technology, laws and procedures in the real estate business, as well as the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers that require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. In 2008, Peter became a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing ” the premier independent authority in training and certification whose members set the benchmark for superior service to the buyers and sellers of luxury homes. In 2018, he expanded his international referral business by becaming a Global Affiliate of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
Peter's clients range from first-time buyers to the most sophisticated of sellers, and include savvy investors and developers. He deals in condominiums, town homes, single-family homes and multi-unit buildings of all styles. He has worked extensively with both buyers and sellers in many of Chicago's great neighborhoods, and several surrounding suburbs.
Combining 38 years of marketing, management, sales and customer care experience with a like number of years buying and selling real estate, Peter offers his clients a high level of service, expertise and skill. He earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing, International Business and Industrial Relations from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. In recent years, Peter has developed a particular passion for mid-century modern architecture and design. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and has lived in Chicago since 1984.
