Kurt taught in DC public and charter schools before focusing on real estate full-time in 2012, building a successful portfolio of rental properties as an investor and a large network of clients as an agent. He has found his prior teaching career is a critical asset in communicating with his clients (both in English and Spanish) and in demystifying the real estate process for them. Kurt is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his clients and is available to them for support and advice long after the deal has closed. Many clients have trusted him with multiple transactions. His practice blends equal measures of clear communication and an easygoing style (along with a few laughs!) Kurt is very active in his home community of Brentwood and neighboring Mount Rainier. You may see him cycling through town. He loves to travel and is a master crossword puzzler!
