Harlene Bernstein

Harlene is a 3rd generation Washingtonian who followed her grandfather into the real estate business.  Her grandfather was honorable, fair and kind.  From him, she learned the importance of service, compassion, communication and veracity.  

Harlene is a broker who has 44 years experience in all aspects of real estate, both residential and commercial.  While working with developers on the gentrification of Dupont Circle, she was involved with banks on financing, lawyers, architects and the municipal government to create a great number of condominium projects downtown.  She has extensive contacts with those who provide resources to help during the home buying or selling process and long thereafter.  Her goal is that your real estate experience be as easy and pleasant as possible.
