Recently named "an agent with a heart to serve" by DC Magazine, Kirby Mitchell is a full-time REALTOR® and real estate investor. She also serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Staged To Sell DC, a home staging and interior decor firm. Throughout her seven years in real estate, Kirby has acquired many awards, including being named one of Washingtonian's Top Realtors. Most recently, she was featured on HGTV's House Hunters, where she highlighted one of her current development projects. She has set records as the highest condo sale "East of the River'' in 2018 and currently holds the highest condo sale in Hill Crest.
Kirby was born in Berlin, Germany, and relocated to the DC area at a young age. Like a true army brat, she moved many times, attending 11 different schools throughout DMV. This frequent relocation allowed her to foster a vast knowledge of the area's different neighborhoods as she developed a keen appreciation for the variances in architecture and real estate.
Kirby has a true philanthropic spirit and believes that donating her time and service is the fundamental foundation for success. Recently honored as the 2020 Volunteer of The Year award by a local charter school, Kirby is passionate about promoting a positive impact within her community. She enjoys working with local charities such as Martha's Table and supports four schools throughout Washington, D.C. by organizing a Holiday Toy Drive and donating backpacks.
